WEYMOUTH POLICE
Man with a plan: Evan T. Dorsey, 25, was arrested for allegedly breaking into a home to steal a UPS package, but cops also found him in possession of a list of other crimes he hoped to accomplish that day, like stealing drugs and a gold watch.
It’s good to have goals in life.
But one Massashusetts crook was maybe a little too organized — after cops busted him with a “to-do” list detailing what crimes he wanted to commit that day.
Evan Dorsey of Weymouth was arrested Friday for allegedly breaking into a home and stealing insulin from a UPS package.
When police searched him, they found jewelry presumed to be stolen, several tools used to pry open doors and a baton-like weapon.
They also discovered the 25-year-old’s bizarre list, labeled “goals for Friday 3/24/13,” which revealed how he wanted to spend the day.
His tasks included finding crystal meth and cocaine, getting a gold watch, robbing a drug dealer and selling drugs.
Surprisingly, he also wanted to “do one altruistic act for a stranger,” reports the Patriot Ledger.
Dorsey was arrested on charges of breaking and entering, stealing drugs and carrying a dangerous weapon and is being held on $5,000 bail.
