President Goodluck Jonathan and the First Lady, Patience Jonathan were received by the Chinese Assistant Foreign Minister, Le Yucheng on their arrival to Beijin International Airport China for State visit today, Tuesday June 9.
President Jonathan is on a five-day state visit to China to make economic deals which will be signed after high-level talks with the country.
The deals will include an Agreement on Defence Cooperation between Nigeria and China, an Agreement on Economic and Technical Cooperation; an Agreement on Finance for the Zungeru Power Plant and Airport Terminals; and an Agreement on Mutual Visa Exemption for Holders of Diplomatic and Official Passports.

@ bola, I don’t agree dat china is ordinary buh I equally see it as a national embarrasment 4 a “assistant foreign minister” to be d top official t receive our president, buh no be dem fault sha, we went dere to borrow now, so u don’t expect a V.I.P treatment. They just keep sinking this country.
