Initially it seems to be business as usual when the star, who was looking in great shape for a 42-year-old, made her way onto the beach in an eye-catching pink robe.

But it was not long before the curvy Queen of Hip-Hop Soul disrobed to show off her impressive crown estate in a teeny weeny black bikini.

And she gave all of her fellow beachgoers something to smile about as she covered herself in lotion before lying back and taking a well earned rest in her lounger.

She certainly appeared to be enjoying working on her tan on the Mediterranean paradise, even taking a break from lying down at one point by getting herself a drink.

There was certainly no sign of the money worries troubling the chart star as she enjoyed a luxury European summer break.

In June it emerged she  is being sued for allegedly cancelling a concert in Dallas, Texas, so that she could perform with the Rolling Stones in New York.

The No Drama singer and her production company are being sued by Vision Entertainment Worldwide (VEW) after she pulled-out of the gig on December 9, 2012.

The 42-year-old star was reportedly paid a deposit of $145,000 to perform but cancelled the concert a few days before it was scheduled to take place after she accepted the offer to perform with Mick Jagger and his band at the Barclays Center, reports TMZ.
