The Super Eagles have been drawn in Group D, alongside rival Argentina, Croatia, and Iceland for the 2018 World Cup in Russia. Nigeria will trade tackles with Croatia on June 16 in the city of Kaliningrad. On June 22, the Super Eagles will face Iceland, before playing against Argentina four days after.
