Last week on Keeping an Eye on Governor Ambode, he commissioned a new helipad for the Lagos State Teaching Hospital, commenced the training of over 2,000 youths to mark Youth day and more.

This week, the governor is not relenting in his strides even as he announces the commencement of the construction of Fly-over bridge at Pen Cinema junction even as work continues on the Abule-Egba one.

The plan to construct the Pen Cinema junction Fly-over was announced on Wednesday as a part of the multi-faceted projects designed to improve the standard of living in the State.

The Pen Cinema Fly-over is the third which the Akinwunmi Ambode-led administration in the State will be constructing after those of Abule-Egba and Ajah Roundabout.

Also, a bit of more good news for potential land owners as Lagos state outlaws land grabbing. In effect, it is illegal to be an ‘omo onile’.

Potential landowners and landlords can now peacefully invest on purchased plots of land without interference from the rascally land grabbers.

Not to be missed also is the rehabilitation of the Alapere road by the state government.
