Sean Tizzle is not ‘bleaching’ | 6 other things went in his latest interview (WATCH)

Sean Tizzle had an interview with HFTV recently, where he addressed some of the controversies he has recently been embroiled in, his career and new projects.

Here are 7 things we learned about Sean Tizzle from the interview

  1. Sean Tizzle has been working on his second album in the United States of America

When asked by the interviewer where he has been all this while, the singer revealed that he had been working on his album in the US.

He said, ‘I have been away, like i was in the States. Just trying to work on my album. Yes my second album. I just needed that time, space and environment’

2.  He has an international collaboration with emerging US artist – Tory Lanez

Still on why he has been absent from the music scene, Sean Tizzle said, after his last album, he has been trying to work on something new.

He then disclosed the news about an international collaboration with American singer, Tory Lanez coming soon.

‘I was just trying to work on something else because i got this international collaboration with Tory Lanez.

3. He still insists he wrote the song ‘Sho Lee’ even after his label and his former imprint Naija Ninjas owned by Sound Sultan reportedly settled copyright issues in 2013.

Sean Tizzle argued that he pens down his own material. He said, ‘I write my stuff,’.

He however explained that Sound Sultan made that claim because he recorded some part of the song when he was with Naija Ninjas.

According to Sean, ‘Some part of the song was recorded when I was with him, and when I left, I decided to finish it and drop it as a single. So he came back [and said] he wrote the song.’

4. His contract with D’Tunes Difference Entertainment is over.

Sean Tizzle who is his third year with Difference Entertainment revealed that after his second album, his time with Difference Entertainment is up as specified in the contract both parties signed.

‘The contract is over because it’s for 3 years and 2 albums. So i was hoping to drop my second album and then that’s it.’

On his relationship with D’Tunes, he said, ‘We are cool. We are still family. The second album is still pending so we are still good.’

5.  About the Adele and Omawumi Hello controversy, Sean Tizzle said he only exercised his freedom of expression and he felt he was entitled to his own opinion.

6. On the bleaching rumours, Sean Tizzle said he doesn’t ‘do that”.

When asked by the interviewer if he actually bleaches, Sean Tizzle said  ‘I don’t know about all that.’

He then went ahead to blame photo filters for making him look like such.

7. Sean Tizzle’s album is dropping in September, 2016

The Komole artiste said that he will be releasing his album in 2016.

Sean Tizzle said, ‘ I have my album coming out in September.’
