The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has postponed collation of results in the Bayelsa governorship election.
After collating the results of Sagbama, Brass, Yenagoa, kolokuma/Opokuma and Ekeremor local government areas, the INEC postponed further collation till Monday at 10am.
From the collated results, candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Governor Seriake Dickson, is in an early lead against his challenger, Timipre Sylva of the All Progressives Congress.
