A member of the Federal House of Representatives, Abdulmumin Jibrin, who represents Kiru/Bebeji Federal constituency of Kano State, has stated that the 2016 budget is ready and will be passed on Wednesday.

Jibrin, who serves as the Chairman House Committee on Finance, in a series of tweets, noted that the 2016 budget has been the most difficult bill that he has ever dealt with.

While describing the allegations that the 2016 budget was padded as untrue, Jibrin also noted that the budget had given the National Assembly a tough time.
