Aderinsola Ogala, professionally known as Aniko, is a well-known electronic DJ, software engineer, and the co-founder of Group Therapy, one of the biggest rave experiences to come out of Lagos.
Aniko began DJing in 2021, and by 2023, she had co-founded Group Therapy, a Lagos-based electronic music collective and event series that showcases alternative sounds, highlights Nigeria’s alternative music scene, and serves as a platform for both international and local music artists in Lagos. Aniko has been recognized as one of the most notable DJs in the African space and has contributed heavily to the curation of major events both internationally and locally.
She has also performed at an international capacity as a DJ at major events like Amsterdam Dance Event (Madcity), Boiler Room, HOR Berlin, Art X Lagos, Nativeland, Nyege Nyege Festival, Underground Kampala, and Homecoming Festival, all of which she has used to showcase her versatility as a DJ and has earned her a reputation as a DJ whose set you never miss. With Aniko at the helm, Group Therapy has also partnered with several other imprints, including KeepHush, Homecoming, Boiler Room, The Weird Cult, and Sweat It Out.
