Cut out the oil: How to be healthy on a Nigerian diet (WATCH)

Ziggy’s corner, a YouTube video tackled how much oil Nigerian use in their food on a daily basis. “Do I really need this much oil? Nine times out of ten the answer is; no,” she says.

And when we are not indulging in oil soaked meals we are ‘bingeing’ on carbohydrates with very little protein to go with it.

“If it’s not the actual meal affecting us it’s our choice of snacks, everything is fried, puff puff, chin chin, plantain chips… save yourselves,” she continues.
