Damilola Mike-Bamiloye is a 37-year-old Nigerian scriptwriter, gospel film actor, producer, cinematographer, and director popularly known as ‘D’Baba.’
Known as the first child and first son of the renowned Nigerian gospel dramatists Evangelist Mike Bamiloye and Evangelist Gloria Bamiloye, founders of Mount Zion Faith Ministries, he wrote his first gospel film, “Youthful Lust”, at 15 and later earned a degree in mass communications.
Damilola has worked extensively with Mount Zion Faith Ministries as a creative director, writer, producer, and cinematographer, with a long list of films in his filmography. Some of his credits as a multimedia creative include Fiwajomi (Bowen University’s first film), “Abobaku,” “Shadows of Death,” “Journey in a Circle,””The Ignition,” “The Train,” amongst others.
In his leadership role, Damilola also serves as the Secretary-General of the Gospel Filmmaking Network (GFN) in the country and co-directed the recent film “Agbara Nla: The Return”.
