The way that ladies love shoes men can never understand. It’s just impossible to have enough shoes in one’s wardrobe. Shoes are a very essential part of an outfit not just that it covers the naked feet but also the shoes a lady wears can make or break her outfit.
It’s very important to pay attention to detail and choose the shoes one wears. The average lady should own ten pairs of leg wear. They should include pumps, peep toes, espadrilles, wedges, sandals, mules, booties, sneakers, flat soled shoes which can include ballet flats, sling backs, clogs, Brogues, loafers. Black and nude shoes are also compulsory in a shoe closet as they will not clash with whatever ensemble is put on.
Arranging your shoes closet shouldn’t be a haphazard venture, the shoes should be arranged according to colour and type of shoes for easy access, this also produces the effect of a closet that is great too look at and owned by a true fashionista.
Shoes come in varying heights and not all ladies can pull off the look, in purchasing high heels, you need to be sure that the heels are moderate and you can walk perfectly in them, being well dressed and wearing shoes in which you wobble in says nothing about your sense of style. Confidence is also essential in wearing high heels. For those ladies who are not quite good at it, choose lower heels, the kitten heels are moderate and cute too.
In purchasing all types of shoes, the right fit should be bought and not a size too small, so as to allow the feet to breathe. If the shoes are a bit
loose, there are shoe fillers to fill up the space in the shoes. There are silicon pads that are made for heeled shoes to make them more comfortable.
When wearing open toed leg wear, do have a good pedicure to flaunt, if not, cover up your toes or better still wipe off completely the chapped nail polish. Even a lady’s pedicure says a lot about her sense of style.
One thing to note is wedges do not go with fitted dresses. Neither do they go with skinny jeans. Opt for slimmer heels in slimming clothes. Wedges work in baby doll dresses and maxi skirts.

Airing shoes is very important, every lady should also own shoe spray to neutralize the smell of the shoes, shoe filler and silicon pads always come in handy, suede spray on appropriate shoes, shoe polish and shiners, stockings should also be worn when necessary. Shoes trees are necessary in retaining the shape of worn shoes; a close substitute is stuffing your shoes with newspaper.
Invest in a great pair of shoes, if you can’t afford high fashion shoes there are shoes for less in amazing styles too. In the words of Marilyn Monroe, give a girl the right shoes, and she can conquer the world.
