The Film Blog: Uduak Isong’s ‘Lost in London’, to cut a long story short, is a disgrace

Why do people still do these things? Aren’t you paying attention to all the giant strides Nollywood has been making recently – from Ojukokoro to ’76?

This film is a failure of writing, a failure of story telling, and not even the valiant efforts of its young, otherwise impressive director could fill the pot holes of a film that’s not dressed up and has nowhere to go.

That’s in addition to wasting the impressive comedic talent of Ime Bishop.

No, no, this is a new low. This doesn’t deserve the deliberation of words, or the courtesy of explanation.

We are just so mad that we were made to watch this drivel.
