Seven people, including a 3-week-old baby, three children, their parents and grand mother were burnt to death on Wednesday, in a fire outbreak that occurred in Lawanson area of Surulere, Lagos state.
Only one person survived the ordeal and it is one of the daughters.
She was badly burnt but is currently receiving medical attention at the Gbagada General hospital.
Apparently, the family members could not escape because the burglaries in their home became too hot to touch.
