Following her fainting spell at the 9/11 remebrance in New York on Sunday, Democratic Candidate, Hillary Clinton’s doctor has confirmed that she has pneumonia.

According to a campaign aide, Clinton who became ‘overheated’ was examined by Physician Lisa Bardack, after the incident.

A video footage had shown the Democratic candidate slumping and had to be supported by her aides.

“Secretary Clinton has been experiencing a cough related to allergies. On Friday, during follow-up evaluation of her prolonged cough, she was diagnosed with pneumonia.

“She was put on antibiotics, and advised to rest and modify her schedule. While at this morning’s event, she became overheated and dehydrated. I have just examined her and she is now re-hydrated and recovering nicely,” Bardack said in a statement released by Clinton’s campaign.
