Just In: Buhari meets AGF, NNPC GMD

The Attorney-General of the Federation and the Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami met with President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

While speaking with State House correspondents after the meeting, Malami who is a member of the panel headed by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo said it would submit its report tomorrow.

The panel was constituted to investigate suspended Secretary to the Government of the General of the Federation (SGF) Babachir Lawal and the Director-General of the National Intelligence Agency (NIA) Ayo Oke.

On whether the panel will make the report public, he said, “it will be preemptive.”

Buhari was also said to have met with the Group Managing Director, GMD of the Nigerian National Petroleum Cooperation (NNPC) Maikanti Baru.
