A new video from Russian-Austrian vodka brand Neft is, without a doubt, one of the most intense ads we’ve ever seen. It also just barely touches on the product it purports to advertise, but we’ll forgive it that. This video is just that awesome.
Shot like a first-person action video, the commercial follows a single hero as he fights his way through a group of baddies. It’s set to an appropriate tune: “Bad Motherfucker” by the band Biting Elbows. There’s a lot of blood and gun violence, which may turn some people off, but those things clearly haven’t negatively affected its YouTube viewers. The video, titled “Insane Office Escape,” has 10,542,802 views as of writing.
Ad Age writes that the video was popular enough to knock Pepsi Max’s “Test Drive With Jeff Gordon” out of the top spot in a ranking of viral videos.
According to Creativity Online, the video was created by director Ilya Naishuller in nine days with five stuntman, GoPro cameras and some friends of the band.
Unless you have the coolest boss ever, we heartily suggest you watch this at home because of the graphic content.
