A building collapsed in Abuja on Wednesday morning, trapping an unconfirmed number of people.
Reports say the incident occurred at Apo Mechanic Village in the nation’s capital.
Spokesman of the National Emergency Management Agency, Yushau Shuaib, confirmed the incident to journalists, but could not give the exact number of people trapped in the rubble.
According to him, only three victims have been rescued alive and taken to National Hospital in Abuja. Eyewitnesses said efforts are being made to rescue the remaining victims.
