No, your eyes are not deceiving you. Yes, that is indeed, an American police car on a Nigerian road.

We’re just gonna assume this is the result of someone being a little too passionate about childhood dreams of playing cop. Unless it belongs to some kind of international police officer, driving from country to country, stamping out injustice with an iron fist.
Then of course there’s always the chance someone has taken scamming to a whole new level and managed to con an American police officer out of his car.
