Nigerian singer, Runtown is at war with his record label, Ericmanny Limited over contractual issues.
This was revealed through a set of letters written to Ericmanny by the singer through his lawyers.
According to the letters, Runtown claims there was a threat made to his life. He also said he was unfairly treated by the record label.
From all indications, Runtown is now set to leave the label owned by billionaire businessman, Okwudili Umenyiora as he claims he has returned all properties belonging to the label.
In the meantime, the label has gotten a court injunction which has stopped Runtown from performing as an artist, amongst other things, till when they settle their issues.
