Knighthouse Entertainment presents the release of the most anticipated album by a female artist in a long while, Mo’Cheddah’s debut album the “Franchise Celebrity”, an Afro-Pop album. The talented young artiste has also been nominated for the ‘Most Gifted Female Video’ at theChannel O Music Video Awards 2010 and ‘Discovery of the Year’ at the Soundcity Video Music Awards 2010.
The highly anticipated album will be launched on the 20th of October, 2010 by her Record Label at a live event in Lagos, Nigeria. “It is the culmination of seven years of preparation and was heavily influenced by my experiences in music over that period,” Mo’ Cheddah says of the album.
Mo’Cheddah, who has just been awarded the ‘Most Promising Act to Watch’ this year at the just concluded NEA awards in New York City has also been nominated for the ‘Most Gifted Female Video’ at the Channel O Music Video Awards 2010 and ‘Discovery of the Year’at the Soundcity Video Music Awards 2010.
