The Presidential Aspirant Interview Series continues on Y! TV’s Rubbin’ Minds

Nigeria has barely three weeks to go to the 2011 elections!  In the wake of the recently concluded series of NN24 hosted pre-election debates, the buzz for the presidential race has grown louder than ever.  Y!, the High Priest of Nigerian Youth Culture is determined to stay at the forefront of affairs, providing young voters with information that will help them to make the right choice at the April polls.

In partnership with sister group EnoughisEnough Nigeria and its RSVP campaign, Y! TV will interview presidential aspirants on Nigeria’s most talked about youth television show, Rubbin’ Minds. Over the next three weeks, those aspiring for Nigeria’s highest office will be called on to answer the specific questions that the nation’s youth have on their minds.

This Sunday, 20th March 2011, Y! TV interviews  a political economist, management lecturer and an entrepreneur from the Social Democratic Mega Party (SDMP), Professor Pat Utomi.

Forget the show’s usual format – the Presidential Aspirant Interview Series is different! We will ask candidates hard questions – about their history, challenges, motivations, plans and blind spots. Call it a double rollercoaster ride!

Rubbin’ Minds airs every Sunday on Channels Television, 3 – 4pm. Channels also shows on DSTV (Channel 134), and online (HERE). It’s LIVE and you can call in!

I watched the interview with Prof.Pat Utomi; he is the only presidential candidate that is well informed about Nigeria's challenges, that has pactical solutions that can be easily implemented to cause a turn around of Nigeria's deplorable socio-economic situation.

He is not clamouring to be president, he is clamouring for the opportunity for his ideas and plans to be utilized.
