The much anticipated launch of Eric Arubayi of West African Idols’ debut album held at SS Lounge Victoria Island, Lagos on 14th July, 2011, with notable guests such as M.I, MC Abbey, OC Ukeje, Lolo of Wazobia FM, Lara George, Nikki Laoye, Wale Dizzy, Elvina, Gloria & Obukome Ibru in attendance.

Guests at the event enjoyed performances from Waje, Keffi, Jodie, Timi Dakolo, Djinee, Jesse Jagz, Ochuko, Sammie Okposo, Onos, Ibiyemi and a host of others, with the support of Eric’s band and backup singers. Later in the evening Eric unveiled his album, performing songs like “Number one”, “She is Crazy” ft Jesse Jagz and “I Go Make Am”. He ended the night with a rousing rendition of “One Love One Voice” .

Eric’s debut album, ‘Redefined’, is a mix of Jazz, Soul, R & B and Gospel.
