There’s little wonder it is gradually becoming the latest celebrity hideout, though primarily targeted at the young chief executives and professionals.

And then the rooms… they’ve got this velvety furnishing and a boat-like bed decked with an orthopaedic mattress! Even the duvets are heavenly – with that hand-crafted feel that makes you feel truly special. The morning view of Lagos from the huge room windows are also a delight.

When next you want to have a night cruise on the island or just a little me-time, I recommend Suite XVIII. Trust me on this one. Seriously.
