One of the tricky aspects of getting a new job is successfully negotiating the salary you want. This is made even worse by the way Nigeria is set up: 191 million plus people slugging it out for the miserly jobs available. Also, the watery Nigerian Labour Law being what it is, employers often appear to have the upper hand over potential employees.
