TICKER: 7-year-old boy sets record with 4,000 push-ups in 2.5 hours

And you thought your workout was tough.

A 7-year-old boy banged out 4,000 push-ups in two and a half hours to set a new national record there, CBS News reported.

Pint-sized strongman Andriy Kostash was closely watched by judges from the Ukranian Book of Records to make sure he didn’t cheat on any of the reps.

After completing the feat — official time, 2 hours and 29 minutes — Andriy pumped his arms in the air and posed proudly with a large certificate.

“I just like receiving prizes. Different one,” he told news cameras, according to the report.

The little fitness buff said he spent two years training for the event and once knocked out more than 6,000 push-ups in a row.
