Heidi Klum has moved on from Seal.

“I cherish all of the great memories Seal and I created together over the years,” the model and TV personality tells People.com after a few days of headline drama.

Klum continues in her most recent statement: “Our separation was based on issues between the two of us. Seal has moved on and so have I. My priority has and continues to be protecting and providing for our children.”

The statement follows a comment picked up in media reports from Seal after photographs surfaced showing Klum getting very close to her bodyguard, Martin Kirsten, on the beach in Sardinia, Italy.

Seal originally had said to TMZ that he wished Klum “waited until we separated first before deciding to ‘fornicate with the help,’ ” but he then clarified and said didn’t mean to imply that the mother of his children had cheated on him before they separated. He said through his rep that he was just pointing out that their divorce is not yet final.

The sister of Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, was seen with wealthy hotelier Andre Balazs in Shelter Island, N.Y., during the Labor Day weekend. Balazs, 55, once dated actress Uma Thurman.

MTV Canada host Aliya Jasmine Sovani tells Us magazine that Middleton got attention while waiting to use the ladies room at Sunset Beach, a local restaurant, on Sunday. Middleton, 28, and Balazs, who were photographed playing table tennis earlier, were there dining with friends.

“She got really embarrassed when some people recognized her while she was in line,” Sovani tells Us. “She actually turned bright red!”

Middleton is in the United States as her party-planning book, “Celebrate: A Year of Festivities for Family and Friends,” is set to be released Oct. 30.

“Happy Endings” actress Elisha Cuthbert, 29, is engaged to hockey player Dion Phaneuf, 27, People.com reports. The couple began dating in 2008.
