Synagogue collapse victims discharged from hospital

Victims of last Friday’s building collapse at the Synagogue church have been discharged from the Alimosho General Hospital.

Dr Olufunke Odukoya, the acting medical chief of the hospital, told YNaija this on Monday. But she did not disclose the number of people brought to the hospital.

One of the buildings inside the premises of the Synagogue church in Lagos collapsed on Friday afternoon. Dozens of people died and others were injured. So far, there have been conflicting reports about the actual number of victims who were injured or killed.

The cause of the collapse has also not be ascertained. But the head of the Synagogue church TB Joshua said on Saturday that it was an aircraft hovering in the sky that somehow caused the building to crumble.

Some reports say the building was initially a two-storey, and that more storeys were under construction prior to the wreckage.
