Port Harcourt International Airport has been rated as the worst in Africa, and the world.
According to travel website: ‘The Guide to Sleeping in Airports’, the Port Harcourt airport is the “world’s worst airport” in 2015.
According to a CNN report, respondents on Port Harcourt airport complained about “unpleasant and unhelpful staff, alleged corruption, a severe lack of seating, broken air-conditioning and the fact that the arrivals hall was inside a tent.”
While no single Nigerian airport made the list of the 10 best airports in Africa, Lagos and Abuja airports were named among the 10 worst airports in Africa.
