When you’re feeling down in the dumps, desire can take a big hit. Men tend to isolate themselves during a bad phase to save them social embarrassment. This isolation leads to depression and finally a crashing sex life. Work out is also a great stress buster.

Once you are habitual of satisfying yourself by masturbating, real sex doesn’t seem that interesting, hence taking a toll on your sex life. Try to keep a check on your habit and don’t bail out on any chance you get to have sex.
