This is how Delta PDP voted Ifeanyi Okowa

Senator Ifeanyi Okowa has won the Peoples‎ Democratic Party (PDP) governorship primary for Delta State.

The Senate committee chairman on Health edged out 15 other aspirants to win the ticket to represent PDP at the 2015 gubernatorial elections in the state.

Okowa earned 406 votes, followed by Olorogun David Edevbie, who had 299 votes, and Engr. Victor Ochei, with 185 votes. The other aspirants, Ndidi Elumelu had 50 votes, Godsday Orubebe had 49 votes, Godwin Obielum, 22 votes, while  Chief Ovie Omo Agege, Prof Sylvester Moye, and Sam Obi all had 10 votes each.

Peter Okocha had 6 votes, Dr Festus Okubor, 5 votes, Sir Tony Obuh, 5 votes, Charles Emetulu, 4 votes, Johnson Opone, 3 votes,  Gabriel Oyibode – 3 votes. Kenneth Gbagi –  2 votes, and Michael Nwaka had 1 vote.
