Who would have thought?
Apparently, the South African anti-apartheid revolutionary and past president, Nelson Mandela may have had a little to do with the win of General Buhari Mohammadu as the next president of Nigeria.
In a 2003 report by Sun NewsPaper, a headline back then read “I spent 27 years in jail yet came out to become South Africa’s president. You can still be president.”
Mandela said that to General Buhari after he lost his first election trial and had a 1-hour meeting with Mandela immediately after.
Am speechless. But am glad to witness this change.
