Lady Gaga Surpasses 20 Million Followers On Twitter
The mother monster, Lady Gaga who is well-known for her outrageous fashion sense and breath-taking performances on stage now lays claim to another achievement: She’s the first person to pass 20 million followers mark on Twitter. The only person within spitting distance of Gaga on Twitter is Justin Bieber. The recent birthday boy has just over 18 million followers. He is, however, a far more prolific tweeter than Gaga; the Los Angeles Times notes that he has sent out 10 times as many tweets as the “Born This Way” diva.
Gaga who is yet to acknowledge the feat, had earlier noticed her number of followers eclipsed 19 million and good-naturedly tweeted, “19 Million Followers!!! HOLY HOOKER!!! *goes back to work*”. Like many celebrities, Gaga has used the popular social networking site to forge a closer relationship with her fans as well as make announcements about her career and respond to criticism, as she recently did when British music magazine NME named her hit album ‘Born This Way’ the Most Pretentious Album Ever.
Gaga also enjoys a massive following on Facebook, where she’s been “liked” by nearly 49 million people but the undisputed title belongs to Rihanna, who has been liked by nearly 53 million individuals.

Jennifer Lawrence, who played the part of Mystique in Marvel action flick, “Xmen: First class” rocks the cover of Glamour UK. The actress who is the second youngest woman to be nominated for an Oscar also has a new movie set for release this year titled; “The Hunger Games”. The movie which is set for release in theatres soon is one of the most anticipated movies.
The former Mrs Russell Brand looks hot and unbelievably chic on the latest cover of Interview. Her rather playful look is long gone and so is her funky makeup and colourful outfits. She strikes a mature pose that silently whispers: ‘come get me’ with well accentuated feline eyes, tousled hair and the sudden appearance of very angular cheekbones paired with a beaded bustier. This look seems to give Katy is a thorough mix of Amy Winehouse, Megan Fox and Elizabeth Taylor.
So what is the reason for this transformation? Who cares? But we sure love it!
