For the first time since January, the approval rating of President Muhammudu Buhari rose in the month of April.

According to a monthly survey conducted by Governance Advancement Initiative for Nigeria (GAIN), Buhari’s rating for the month of April rose from 31.2 per cent in March to 31.7 per cent.

Although his rating came up slighty, a vast majority of Nigerians, however, expressed their worries over the President’s broken campaign promised, the fuel crisis, power and economy.

Lai Mohmmed, the Minister of Information and Culture, was rated the most performing minister, while Minister of state for Petroleum Resources, Ibe Kachikwu, came second place.
