After petite singer, Chidinma Ekile, tongue-kissed Highlife singer, Flavour in his ‘Ololufe’ video, rumors emanated that the duo were possibly a couple.

What with the numerous women Flavor has been associated with, it was pretty difficult to disregard the gist from the grapevine.

However, the reserved Chidinma isn’t too thrilled about the accusations, hence, she decided it was time to speak on the issue.

In a recent chat with HipTV, Chidinma clarified the ‘kissing scene; saying: “I try as much as possible to stay scandal free but we all know that you are in this industry and even when you are trying so hard, some people will still have some terrible things to say but I try though.”

Chidinma added: “It is a love song and we were supposed to be a couple, so whatever you saw was acting, we were acting out the lyrics of the song, and for everyone who cares to listen, I’m not dating Flavour.”
