Miraculously bringing his 749 days of drought to an end, Tiger Wood has won a tournament finally!
The 14 time major tournament champion performed this feat wining by a slim one shot at the Chevron World Tournament Sunday, 4 December in California USA.
The last time Woods was on the podium was at the Australian Masters in 2009, then, he was a force to reckon with in golfing but weighed down by numerous injuries and the well-publicised reports of affairs and a divorce, his form saw a great dip and with it went his rankings in the PGA table.
His new-found form and metal strength has seen him improve his game. He finished third at the Australian Open in November, and scored the winning point for team USA at the President Cup in Melbourne.
His win on Sunday, pushes him 20 spots up the rankings.
