Ayobami Ayoola Ayolola also known as AYO was yesterday declared winner of the music reality show, Project Fame West Africa Season 5.

Ayobami, 25, beat other contestants to the top prize on Saturday in a keenly contested finale. The show will be broadcast on television today for viewers to see how it all went down as the competition wound down.

Marvellous, took the first runner-up position, while Adetoun took the second runner-up position. The third runner-up position went to Ella.

AYO now joins past winners likes of Iyanya, Mike Ayansodo, Chidinma and Monica who have previously won the keenly contested competition.
