Acting President Yemi Osinbajo will meet with leaders from the South-East on Wednesday, the presidency has said.

The meeting is related to a notice of quit by some northern youths asking Igbos livng in the north to leave before October 1.

Osinbajo had met with Northern leaders on Tuesday where he stated that hate speeches will not be tolerated.

He had also said the government will deal decisively with anyone who attempts to disrupt the peace of the country.

This evening AgP @ProfOsinbajo will meet with Elders and Leaders of Thought from southeast Nigeria. Yesterday he met with Northern Leaders.
