Politics is something that many people will agree comes with drama. For something as serious as that, it sometimes gives off the feeling of some reality TV show where everyone is looking at emerging the winner to covet the prize.

As it has become the norm, On Twitter, this drama that comes with clashes within political parties and its stakeholders is something that a lot of people would definitely express their opinion on.

APC, Ajimobi, and Oshiomhole are trending and it is causing commotion to an extent as people are taking different sides to the events leading up to this new trend.

The drama in APC didn’t just kick off today, as, right from the onset, the party has always had one internal issue or the other. This time however, the drama ensued after immediate past Oyo Governor, Abiola Ajimobi who had earlier been reported to be exhibiting symptoms related to COVID-19, was appointed Acting National Chairman of the party rather than Victor Giadom.

Reacting to the news, a lot of people have shared their thoughts on the news as more issues arose that involved Oshiomole, Obaseki, and the drama that the APC is presenting to the Nigerian audience.

Oshiomhole's hand is behind this Ajimobi saga.. Chief Gaidom is supposed to be chairman

Many have faulted the new appointment as they shared that Oshiomole is using his influence to control the affairs of the party, adding that there is foul play in appointing someone (Ajimobi) who is sick to run the affairs of the party. Some also drew the attention of others to the knock out of Obaseki from contesting in the Edo State Gubernatorial primaries of the party.

Some residents of Edo State also shared that they are not bothered with Oshiomole’s tactics which scream “his lust for power,” as they pointed out that their zone (South-South) is not like the South-West where the power flow is allegedly controlled by a selected few.

Obaseki is not Ambode. South-West APC Online propagandists, take note. No one politician rules over us like Tinubu does to the entire SW.

In South-South, if you do anyhow, you go see anyhow. The attempt to make a Tinubu outta Oshiomole is dead on arrival.

On the day that Obaseki leaves @OfficialAPCNg, the Court of Appeal declares that Oshiomole is no longer Nat. Chairman of the party and Sen. Ajimobi, the man that has been declared Acting Nat. Chairman, ends up in a coma in the hospital. The whole thing is stranger than fiction.
