British-Nigerian DJ/presenter, AJ Odudu talks about her fitness regime

British-Nigerian 4Music Presenter, DJ Onatejiro “AJ” Odudu is spending more time talking about her fitness regime. The 28-year-old who first got our attention when she co-presented the Channel 5 reality show spin-off Big Brother’s Bit on the Side in 2013, is now a full fledge health buff with the body of an athlete. Building her profile as a fitness blogger, AJ Odudu shares videos of her favourite workouts from High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to Boxercise and Body Pump.

“Exercise is one of those things where you trick yourself into thinking you absolutely love it,” she told Healthista. “I run the most, normally doing 10k. I consistently work out three times a week, and then sometimes I try and do four or five.”

AJ who ran the 2017 London Marathon still maintains her full time job as a presenter/DJ. Just days ago, she hosted NYX Professional Makeup UK Face Awards.

One major tip she gives on working out is about looking good while building up a sweat. “I like wearing waterproof makeup in the gym because you know, I could meet my dream guy there!”

The “AJ Brand” as one interviewer called it is something the Blackburn, Lancashire on air personality hopes to keep in tact. From her YouTube channel to DJing, TV presenting, event hosting, fitness blogging and even modelling, AJ says she wants to capitalise on every aspect of her life that she enjoys. “I am very ambitious. I want to have my own entertainment TV show. My own clothing line. My own false nails brand. Probably the face of some weave (laughs) and a book as well and I’ll also have my own radio show.”AJ Odudu
