Justin Timberlake’s family is currently dealing with an unfortunate situation.

Timberlake’s aunt, Jane Harless, has been arrested after allegedly stealing thousands of dollars from his parents through check forging.

TMZ reported that Harless, who is JT’s stepfather’s sister, was arrested in Shelby County, Tenn., on Friday after police found evidence of over 100 forged checks.

Police claim the singer’s 53-year-old aunt was writing checks to herself, eventually stealing more than $64,000 from JT’s mom and stepfather between 2011 and 2013.
