Chaka Chaka, Bola Ray, Keke Ogbungbe, others to speak at AMBS in Ghana

South African music superstar, Yvonne Chaka Chaka; Ugandan music activist and parliamentarian, Bobi Wine; Nigerian music executive, Kenny Ogungbe; Ghanaian entertainment and media owner, Bola Ray; and President of the Musicians Union of Ghana, MUSIGA, Bice Osei Kuffour also known as Obour, will be joined by other well-known African and international music Intellects, professionals and enthusiasts for discussions and networking during the 2018 Africa Music Business Summit (AMBS), one of the activities lined up for the 5th All Africa Music Awards (5th AFRIMA-Ghana 2018) scheduled for Thursday, November 22, at the Ballroom, Kempinski Hotel, Gold Coast City, Accra, Ghana.

The theme is “African Music in a Global Village: Leveraging the Opportunities“.

Stan Lee is dead at 95

The man who co-created Marvel Comics, Stan Lee has died.

An ambulance was rushed to Lee’s Hollywood Hills home early Monday morning and he was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. That’s where he died.

Lee had suffered several illnesses over the last year or so — he had a bout of pneumonia and vision issues.

Stan started Marvel with Jack Kirby in 1961 with The Fantastic Four. He went on to create Spider-Man, Black Panther, The Incredible Hulk, X-Men, Iron Man and The Avengers.

‘Toy Story 4’ Teaser trailer shows new character

Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie, and crew are back in the first teaser trailer for Disney and Pixar’s “Toy Story 4.”

The footage released Monday also featured Mr and Mrs Potato Head, Rex the Dinosaur, Hamm the Piggy Bank, and Slinky the Dog. There’s no dialogue, that is, until a new character — ananthropomorphic spork named Forky — enters the scene.

Tyler, The Creator responds to Jaden Smith’s claims that they are dating

Tyler, The Creator has responded to Jaden Smith’s claims that they are dating, simply writing: “hahaha you a crazy n**** man.”

Jaden said to his fans on Sunday night that Tyler was his “fucking boyfriend“; Tyler was stood in the audience wearing a face mask but could be seen shaking his head ‘no’ as he laughed.

Jaden said to the audience: “I just wanna say Tyler, The Creator is the best friend in the world. And I love him so fucking much, and I wanna tell you guys something, I wanna tell you, Tyler doesn’t wanna say, but Tyler is my mother fucking boyfriend.”

Kanye postpones release of new album Yandhi – again

Originally teased for a September drop, the album was pushed back to November 23 last month. Now, it is unclear when the album will arrive.

“After performing again, I realise the new album I’ve been working on isn’t ready yet,” Kanye said on Twitter. “I’ll announce the release date once it’s done. Thank you for understanding.”
