Lil Kesh is not my friend or enemy, Reekado Banks says

Mavin Records singer, Reekado Banks has said fellow musicians, Lil Kesh is neither is friend nor enemy.

Both artistes had ruffled feathers during the 2015 Headies Award, when Rekado Banks won a category ahead of the rapper. Fans of both artistes have exchanged words over the award.

While speaking with SoundCity 98.5 FM in Lagos, the singer said he was still pained about what played out between both camps but has moved on.

“Like I said it was paining me, yea we are good now, we are not really like friends and enemies,” he said. When asked if there would be any possibility of him collaborating with Lil Kesh, he said he is ready to make it happen.

Comedian I Go Dye  is happy with former Big Brother Naija housemate, Rico Swavey for the ‘exemplary quality’ he portrayed in the house.

In an Instagram post on Wednesday, the comedian said he would help Rico set up his dream restaurant.

Mr Eazi signs licensing deal with Universal Africa

Universal Africa has signed a licensing deal with Mr Eazi for his forthcoming project ‘Life Is Eazi Vol. 2: Lagos to London’.

The deal is said to be exclusive to Africa.

The signing took place in Johannesburg, South Africa on Wednesday, April 11. 2018, between Mr Eazi and head of Universal Africa, Sipho Dlamini.

This means that the singer’s label, Banku Music and Universal Africa will jointly release his new project in Africa.

Priyanka Chopra says she lost a role due to her skin colour

Priyanka Chopra is opening up about her experience in the entertainment industry. In an interview with InStyle, the Quantico actress shares that she has, as recently as last year, lost out on roles because of her skin color.

“It happened last year,” she tells the magazine. “I was out for a movie, and somebody [from the studio] called one of my agents and said, ‘She’s the wrong’—what word did they used?—’physicality.'”

She continues, “So in my defense as an actor, I’m like, ‘Do I need to be skinnier? Do I need to get in shape? Do I need to have abs?’ Like, what does ‘wrong physicality’ mean?”

Chopra’s agent then said to her, “‘I think, Priy, they meant that they wanted someone who’s not brown.’ It affected me.”

Khloe Kardashian is having early contractions

Khloe Kardashian is having early contractions and her family is jetting to Cleveland to be by her side and lend support in the wake of the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal, TMZ has reported.

It was learnt that the contractions just started. We’re told her due date is late April, but it looks like the baby is coming soon.

Sources say Kris Jenner flew out Wednesday morning and Kim, along with other family members and friends are scheduled to fly out Thursday and Friday.

We’re told the family is extremely upset over the revelations about Tristan.
