Customers on Nigeria’s innovative and customer-friendly telecommunications network, Etisalat, have a cause to be excited as Etisalat opened six Experience Centres around the country in order to bring products and services closer to the people as well as to afford customers seamless interactive opportunities to resolve any issues they may want the company to attend to.
These Experience Centres launched recently are in key Nigerian cities: Zaria, Katsina, Abakaliki, Port Harcourt, Ado Ekiti and Lagos.
Commenting on the launch of the Experience Centres across the country, Matthew Willsher, CEO, Etisalat Nigeria, said: Etisalat places great importance on its customers, and that is why it has opted to refer to them as Etisalat Experience Centres and not shops. “It is because at Etisalat we believe that our customers deserve an excellent experience no matter how small your order/question maybe”, he said.
By increasing the number of experience centres, Etisalat is bringing its services closer to its fast growing subscribers as well as strengthening the bond with its customers.
