Mohammed Daniel, 35, a Ghanaian who was accused of conspiracy and stealing could not control his bladder in court as he spilled its contents right before the judge on Monday.

Daniel whose residence address is unknown, was charged with theft of motorcycle spare parts.

The accused promptly pleaded guilty to the charges as he was docked at the Ebute Meta Magistrates’ Court.

Earlier, the police prosecutor, Cpl. Iyobosa Onaiwu said the offence was committed on March 25 at Coate Street, Ebute Meta, Lagos.

The stolen spare parts, according to Iyobosa, were valued at N550,000. She said the accused went into the shop of one Silva Chinemadu and stole the items.

Onaiwu noted that the offences contravened Section 285 and 409 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State 2011.

The Magistrate, F. J. Adefioye, reportedly adjourned the case to May 6 for fact and sentence.
