The former President of Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) and leader of the Niger Delta Peoples Volunteer Force (NDPVF), Mujahid Asari-Dokubo has described convicted terrorist, Henry Okah as an “idiot who is looking for money and cheap popularity.”
Dokubo who is known to be a vocal supporter of President Goodluck Jonathan said he used to be a friend of Okah, who is presently serving a sentence in a South African jail, but not anymore.
The ex-Niger Delta militant, who was on Rubbin’ Minds, a youth focused show anchored by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, maintained his previous stated stance that no girls were kidnapped in Chibok adding that it was simply a story concocted by the opponents of President Goodluck Jonathan to score political points.
According to Dokubo: “The Chibok missing girls is a scam. No girls were abducted from Chibok. The facts simply do not add up.
“If 276 girls were missing, how many parents have you seen publicly,” he added.
For those who are of the opinion that President Goodluck Jonathan will lose in the general elections next month, Dokubo’s got news for them: “The president will not lose the elections in February,” he assured.
