Former Military Head of State Gen. Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida (IBB), who is recuperating in Germany after a surgery, says he misses Nigeria terribly.

Speaking with reporters in a telephone conversation facilitated by former military Head of State, Gen. Abdulsalami Abubakar, on Tuesday, the former military head said

“I appreciate all those who have expressed concern about my health. I am much better and I will soon return home. “I miss all of you; I wish you all Barka Da Sallah; I am better now; I will be back in few days time” he said when Gen. Abubakar put a call through to him and put the handset on speaker to enable reporters hear and speak to him.

Gen. Babangida left for surgery in Germany on September 6.

IBB  did not specify the time he would come home but confirned that he underwent a surgery in Germany and he is recovering as expected.
