Femi Fani-Kayode is no stranger to making controversial statements and accusations.
The former Aviation Minister has opened another can of worms by addressing the increased spate of political kidnappings in Bayelsa state even as tension lingers from the last gubernatorial polls declared inconclusive by INEC.
