This year’s Samsung Africa Forum begins in Cape Town next week. The 4-day event which holds on March 13– 17  will showcase the latest innovations across all of the global corporate brand’s latest, innovative Smart products, as well as other exciting AV, IT, Mobile, Home Appliance and Digital Imaging developments.

Samsung began its Africa Forum in 2010  to achieve its objective of growing its business in Africa to $10 billion by 2015.

At this year’s event, Samsung would also be announcing its key milestones on its footprint across Africa as well as its strategy for Africa in 2013 and beyond. The global giant promises to provide “a detailed insight into our product journey, our business strategy, ongoing activities, and our vision for the future”.

Samsung plans to launch its flagship smartphone, reportedly, a Galaxy phone, in New York on March 14 and the forum would also give consumers first-hand exposure to the latest innovative technology products from Samsung and insight into key trends within the consumer electronics space.

The strategy behind the forum is geared to allow business partners and associates, media and government as well as consumers to experience the brand.
