Justice John Tsoho has adjourned Justice Sylvester Ngwuta’s case till May 27 because the Federal Government has failed to produce the bags of money allegedly recovered from his house.
The prosecution counsel, Mrs Olufemi Fatunde applied for a stand down to enable the prosecution to produce the exhibits.
